Open daily from 11:00am to 3:30am, the 5,000 square-foot Emerald Casino features live entertainment as well as slot machines, blackjack, roulette, craps and Caribbean stud poker. Located in a discrete area of the resort, the casino is set off to the side and includes front door attendants to ensure that children don’t wander in. |

Ranging from casual to elegant, each of the restaurants features an ever-changing menu and specializes in a particular variety of food. For lunch in a cocktail, visit the Seabreeze Bar & rill, where sandwiches, pizza, salad and tropical drinks are served throughout the day and night. Another casual choice is the Viola Delicatessen, a European-like deli that serves salads, sandwiches, local sweets and coffees from the early morning to the late night.
Diners craving a more elegant sit-down meal should head to the Portofino Restaurant, where an authentic Italian menu is offered each night.
