Set on the hotel’s second floor, Polio offers stunning views of San Juan Bay and features both indoor and outdoor tables. An authentic Tuscan chop house, the restaurant uses fresh, natural, flavorful ingredients in each of its Italian dishes. The restaurant is known for many specialty drinks, such as the Tuscan Lemonchello Mojito, a wide array of wines and tasty, Italian desserts.
Located on the San Juan Bay, the Chicago Burger Company offers a more casual environment with gourmet food and service. Diners can built their own burgers and choose between Certified Angus Beef, salmon or a vegetarian selection. Those who prefer privacy can order from an in-suite menu and have a meal delivered right to their door. |
