Progressive Cyberstud Poker was created by Microgaming Software as its version of Caribbean Poker that offers a One Dollar side jackpot bet that pays bonus payouts for certain poker hands. Progressive Cyberstud Poker is a great game that uses both the player’s skill as well as the element of chance. This game is one on one, meaning it is played between only you and the dealer. The next thing that you should know is that until you fold or call, your ante will remain on the playing table in the designated area. The decision to call means that you think that your hand will beat the dealer’s hand. If you choose to fold, you think that your hand isn’t worth playing or that you don’t wish to risk the money on an unsure hand.
Now, on to the basic rules of this great game. The first thing you as the player need to do is to make what’s known as the “Ante Bet”. This is basically just a small bet that “buys” your hand for the current round. Next, both the player and dealer are dealt 5 cards, and the dealer, at this point, must expose one of his cards.
